Content storage period and scoring
Basically, our Service stores your content indefinitely, as this helps the normal functioning of the service and the system.
The Service has some exceptions for storing user content, limited to a period of 6 months (this may happen, but not always and not for all users). After 6 months:
- We can delete photo materials
- We can delete messages that were sent through our service
- We can audit the activity (scoring) of the user or his activity through the public profile
- We can delete content from the relevant services of our system
- such measures can be applied because this is due to the technical features of the service in different countries, content storage settings and to protect confidential information
Every 6 months, the User can:
- delete their own correspondence with another user in the «Messages» service
- request an automatic activity audit (scoring)
What is «Scoring» in our service:
Thanks to the «scoring» level, the user can receive bonuses from our system.
For example, the user may receive a lower price for paid services, or receive more privileged functionality of the system, as well as “access to closed functions”
Please note: scoring can be both positive and negative.
With negative scoring, the cost of services may increase (compared to the cost that was previously applied), and access to some paid services that was received “without payment” may be terminated. “Access to closed functions of the system” may also be canceled.
Our advice is not to violate the Rules of the Service, so that the scoring is not negative.
Why do we use scoring?
Our system was developed and is currently being developed with support for free systems and functions, and some functions that are potentially paid are provided free of charge (this is how we want to thank our users for using the Service). But violating our Rules is an additional burden on the service, which must be paid for. Therefore, we use scoring both in manual mode (content pre-moderation) and in automatic mode (activity assessment).
If the scoring is high, our system assumes that the user has not violated and does not violate the system (Service). If the scoring is low, it means that the user has violated our Rules. And this created an excessive load on the Service.
